How long have you been in business and how did you become a wedding cinematographer?

Great question.  I've been in business, full time documenting weddings, since 2003, so going on 9 years now.  I graduated with a Film and Video degree from Georgia State University in 1995 and have been working in the industry ever since.  I became a cinematographer right after my wife and I got married in 2003.  I knew I wanted to work for myself and that I could offer a wonderful product to brides looking for a professionally documented video.

We love your services, portfolio, testimonies and everything sounds fantastic.  Can you tell me what sets you apart from other cinematographers?

I think what sets us apart from other cinematography companies, is that I'm truly passionate about documenting the best wedding possible for my clients.  I love hearing your story and what details are involved for your special day.  I still, to this day get nervious before each and every wedding because I'm so excited about telling your story and meeting your family and friends.  I'm extremely quick to answer emails, phone calls and most importantly, edit your video in a timely manner for you and your family.

This all sounds so wonderful, are we going to be able to afford this?

Yes you are.  And I say this because money well spent on a professional cinematographer, like myself, is something that you will not regret doing.  Don't trust your uncle Bob to document the most important day of your life.  You wouldn't entrust a non professional to photograph your wedding, so don't hire them to tape your wedding either.  My point is, is to hire a professional wedding cinematographer that knows what they are doing and has the experience to back it up.  When you have danced your first dance and spent a wonderful night filled with family and friends, the two things that you are going to have to remember your wedding day by are your photos and video.  Pictures are great to have but a well documented wedding video is priceless.

Who do you work best with?

I work well with just about anyone.  Maybe it's because I'm a Taurus and am very laid back and easy to get along with.  I'm very professional and work well with all vendors.  Most of my referrals come from vendors that I've work with over the past 9 years.

Do you have a second shooter and back up equipment?

I use a second shooter during most of my ceremonies but it really depends on which package that you select.  Some packages have three shooters and some just one or two.  Visit my Pricing page for more details.  Yes, I do have back up equipment.

Will you work with the vendors that I've already found?

Absolutely I will.  I don't have any problem working with vendors that you have already spent time interviewing and picking out.

Do you take credit cards and do you have a payment plan?

Yes and yes.  I except all major credit cards and checks as well.  I require a $1,200.00 retainer fee, with half of your remaining balance being due three weeks before your wedding day and your final payment being due once I start to edit your video.  If this payment option does not suit your needs, then let's talk about it so we can come up with a plan that you are comfortable with.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes.

Typically, how long does it take to get our edited video back?

On average it takes between 3-6 months.  I do not freelance any of my editing out to other companies, so this is why it takes a while for me to edit each video.  I edit all my videos in the order at which they were taped.

This sounds like everything we are looking for.  What is the next step in booking you for our wedding?

Your wedding is a walk down a new path… a celebration… a family reunion… a day filled with once-in-a-lifetime’s.

Months and months of planning will gather your family, friends, and emotions together into one remarkable day. Your wedding will become a blur…and then it will all be over with the flick of a light switch.

Many couples return from their honeymoons to just a couple of empty champagne glasses, some pressed flowers, an album of photos, and a bunch of memories and vows to replay in their minds. The biggest regret most couples have upon returning from their honeymoon is that they wish they had hired a professional videographer! Photos are timeless, but they just can’t capture the whole story like a video can.

Give yourself the opportunity to re-live your day and see and hear things that you might have otherwise missed. There simply isn’t a better way than a video shot in high-definition to see how the day unfolded.

Wedding day coverage begins at $2,895.00.
